• Firmly resolve never again to use the word faggot when referring to those who are labeled homosexual. As those who have leafed through a history book well know, those who deviated from the norm in medieval times were forced to carry a faggot, a bundle of kindling wood, to their own funeral pyres. Every use of the word only gives service to that kind of mentality that still exists today and that is something we can well do without in the year 1977.
